“Growing up, I spent all of my free time fishing. The first time I went fishing, I was 3 years old and trout fishing. I spent a lot of time fishing in the ocean with my grandpa on his dory boat out of Pacific City. I enjoy all types of fishing, but nothing sparked my passion like bass fishing! I started bass fishing on my home lake, Hagg Lake, when I was 13. I started with a float tube that was given to me, then saved up my money for an inflatable pontoon. Watching professional bass fishing on TV got me interested in tournaments and I fished my first club tournament when I was 14. After that first tournament, I was hooked! I got my own boat when I was 15 and started fishing on my own. Since then, I have been fishing competitively with MLF, NPFL, WWBT, and local circuits and have loved every minute of it.

This season I will be focusing on MLF Tackle Warehouse Invitationals and I'm very excited to start my first season fishing the Bassmaster Opens!"
